Chickpeas, among other naturally gluten free grains are increasingly in demand, with new research being commissioned to increase its’ usage in the gluten free market.

With its’ high nutritional value and wheat free origin, chickpeas are one of a number of gluten free alternatives being invested in by the food manufacturing sector.

This spells good news for Coeliacs as the range and availability of gluten free foods increases.
