Cobbs are a truly Scottish, family operated business located in the picturesque village of Drumnadrochit, by the banks of beautiful Loch Ness.
In 2002 we acquired a farmhouse bakery in the village and inherited a delicious range of home-baked cakes which were already proving popular with customers in the local area.
Our products are authentically hand made using only the very best of ingredients and with no preservatives added remain true to their traditional home baking recipes and roots.
Originally, production was just for our own Cobbs outlets but demand from other visitor attractions and coffee shops meant we rapidly outgrew our original farm kitchen. Wishing to retain production in our Highland heartland we took over the old village schoolhouse building and established our new bakehouse where we remain to this day.
With a proud passion to produce gluten free products that look and taste every bit as good as our traditional recipes we have an entirely separate team of bakers dedicated to the production of fabulous options from our gluten free kitchen.
Whether it be for your daily cake range, occasional support to what you bake in house or just for complete reassurance of what we have to offer in our Free From range we’re here for you with deliveries through our distribution partners Lynas Foodservice.
