Cobbs are a truly Scottish, family operated business located in the picturesque village of Drumnadrochit, by the banks of beautiful Loch Ness and their delicious cakes (including Gluten Free) are available across the Island of Ireland as well as in Scotland.
In 2002 they acquired a farmhouse bakery in the village and inherited a delicious range of home-baked cakes which were already proving popular with customers in the local area.
Their products are authentically hand made using only the very best of ingredients and, with no preservatives added, remain true to their traditional home baking recipes and roots.
Originally, production was just for their own Cobbs outlets but demand from other visitor attractions and coffee shops meant they rapidly outgrew the original farm kitchen. Wishing to retain production in their Highland heartland they took over the old village schoolhouse building and established their new bakehouse where they remain to this day.
With a proud passion to produce Gluten Free products that look and taste every bit as good as their traditional recipes they have an entirely separate team of bakers dedicated to the production of fabulous options from their Gluten Free kitchen.
