
When it comes to sourcing gluten free ingredients, I know for myself, it’s more of “a treasure hunt” than “an exploration”. In Australia, where gluten free food serving is commonplace, there are more interesting ideas around gluten free food pairings.
One in particular grabbing attention, is Hakans, a cafe in the Manly Lodge Boutique Hotel, on the northern shores of Sydney. Owner, Hakan Cinar has paired foods of Turkish origin to produce an original blend of healthy breakfasts and snacks, all gluten free.
