They supply to both individual and commercial customers (including on prescription) and continuously research and test new ingredients and blends they believe will be of interest and use to those customers. Working in partnership with many other food producers, Pure Gluten Free help them achieve the results they want and many of their recipes are inspired by customer requests.

They have a selection of Teff flours which are very useful for Coeliacs who bake their own products and if you are buying from GB don’t go by the Postage rates quoted as Pure GF are happy to use alternative methods if you chat to them.
Also, if you live in Northern Ireland their Flour products are available on Free prescription and you should take advantage of this facility each month. (Contact us at Gluten Free Ireland if you have any problems with this!)
