We all enjoy a day – trip to a scenic spot or local attraction but we also know that, once there, Coeliacs can often be left with nothing suitable to eat in the venue’s cafe!
Tina and I drove across to the Marble Arch Caves in Co Fermanagh on Saturday and arrived at lunch time. Because of their remote location you really are a “captive audience” so we were delighted to find that Marion and Valerie who run the cafe are still very Coeliac Friendly and have a wide range of Gluten Free foods on offer.
They are also very clued in about cross contamination etc so when you pay them a visit you know you are in safe hands!
Work up an appetite with a trip through the caves and then recover in the Cafe. The place was buzzing on Saturday!
