With the continued growth of gluten free food production and sales, a new UK body has been formed.
The Gluten-free Industry Association (GFIA) aims to develop best practices in the production of gluten free products and gluten testing methods.
Schar, BFree, Warburtons, and Genius Foods are all founding members of the new association, created by the UK Food and Drink Federation.
