Peroni Gluten Free has teamed up with some of Ireland’s leading restaurants to host the second instalment of Peroni Gluten Free Restaurant Week, which takes place from Monday, 4th February to Sunday, 10th February 2019. Each participating restaurant will serve a complimentary bottle of Peroni Gluten Free with each order of a specially created gluten free dish during Peroni Gluten Free Restaurant Week.
Dublin restaurants taking part include Charlotte Quay, The Exchequer and Coppinger Row, while in Cork, visit Palmento, and in Belfast pop along to Howard Street. The gluten free dishes for Peroni’s Gluten Free Restaurant Week include ethically sourced Irish rose veal tartare served with artichoke puree and crisps (€11 as starter / €22 as main) created by chef, Killian Durkin, in Charlotte Quay, while in The Exchequer, chef, Martin Montgomery is serving up a Kassler cherry smoked bacon chop with fondant potato, parsnip puree, cabbage and baby carrots (€25). On the menu at Coppinger Row, it is a pan fried duck breast with fondant potato, pickled sprouts, parsnip puree with madeira jus (€27.50) by chef, Noel Daly.
