Following Rachel Allen’s gingerbread house recipe produced a very nice ‘bread’ but almost twice the mixture required.The dimensions for the roof were also wrong but with a selection of gingerbread items left over it was still fun.

For the flour simply we simply used Doves Gluten Free flour and it worked great.
Getting the gluten free decorations takes a little more reading, always check your chocolates and icing pens.
